Sneezing, scratchy throat, sniffles, watery eyes - not allergies because I tried allergy meds.  Nope - starting to get a cold.  Zicam to the rescue.  The symptoms continued but didn't get worse.  I was able to go to work just like normal.  Easy to use, melted quickly, tasted great, and the small bottle fit easily in my purse.

I woke up and had a sruffy nose and scratchy throat so I took 1 Rapidmelts and took another 1 three hours later as directed and so on the next day I was not all the way well but I didn't feel any worse so I kept taking the rapidmelts as directed and I never got any worse I felt great. I will definitely buy these in the future and tell all my friends and family about them. I had a feeling I was going to be ill, and I can't afford to. I have a family and co-workers depending upon me. I tried citrus, not my favorite choice, but not bad. They dissolve quickly and definitely work. If you take them when you notice the first signs of a cold, and continue to take them until the symptoms end, they will shorten the length of your cold. Seriously!  Never take these on an empty stomach. These melts are simply amazing. They don't  make you drowsy, so you can take them and continue to function. Remember, they don't work overnight! Take them at the first signs of a cold, (they don't work for the flu, sorry).  
They are a little costly, but worth it. I will be keeping these little gems in my medicine cabinet .

My Zicam Citrus flavor melt tasted surprisingly good. I took it for 3 days and no more sniffles. Can't be 100% sure it would've been a full cold, but it is definitely worth trying next time!

The only reason I only gave it 4 stars was the taste wasnt that good. The melts have to slowly melt in your mouth and didnt taste that good. But that didnt stop me from continuing to take zicam. My colds are usually the worse and last a week or more and knock me out. This time around my cold last 3 days and was much more manageable. I took the  citrus flavored rapid-melts as indicated on the package and my cold was gone in just about a week. Normally my colds last a couple weeks. So I was excited that Zicam came through for me! I noticed that when I took them at the first signs of a cold, my symptoms didn’t get as bad, and I felt a bit more relief throughout the day. They didn’t upset my stomach, which is a big plus compared to other cold remedies.
Overall, they’re a convenient and effective option if you want something quick to help reduce cold symptoms early on. I would definitely keep them on hand for cold season.

I took one rapidmelt, which tasted absolutely terrible.  By the end of the day, I had completely lost my sense of smell...now everything smells the same. like fresh clean air.  Cut onions: no scent.  Chocolate: no scent  Dirty diaper: no scent.
So i guess there's one positive.

as smell and taste go hand in hand, I cannot taste any of the food I eat.  This is disturbing.

I do not recommend Zicam at all.
