I hate colds! They are the worst! I've been using Zicam RapidMelts for a few years when I get a cold and the difference is night and day. My symptoms never fully develop like in the past and my cold is gone in a few days. Yay! I rarely write reviews, but this one is worth it.

The orange flavored tabs really did melt quickly in my mouth and had a light, pleasant taste. I'm happy to say that the sore throat I started with has faded and my nose hasn't been stuffy all day. My nose is still running a bit, but that's probably a good thing so I can see that the mucus is clear. The package recommends that you increase fluids intake and since it's good to have more fluids during a cold, I don't have a problem with the suggestion. I am pleased with this product. Zicam is making it possible for me to feel well enough to be ready for Thanksgiving!

The little bottle was easy to throw in my work bag so I can take one every 3-4 hours as stated. Definitely worth a try if you have a cold this holiday season!

It seems to have worked as she didn't get any worse and is feeling great, and driving me crazy, but she wasn't crazy about the taste at all.

The fast melt in your mouth citrus flavor was great taken until symptoms slowed down. As noted this products is not to be used for flu or allergies. ZICAM cold remedy rapidmelts do not work instantly , take as directed and your cold will be gone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I happened to get symptoms of a cold when I recived this product. I do not feel that is shortened my symptoms any quicker. I did take one dissolvable tablet one time every 3 hours on the first onset of my symptoms.
