Normally if I get a cold it lingers for a couple of weeks. I used this product and was back to my normal self in just a few short days. I never got that groggy feeling of other cold medicines, no bad after taste, and they dissolve fairly quickly. I would recommend these to anyone who felt a cold coming on.

My cold,which usually lasts a week for me,was over fast! The flavor is pretty nice,there is a sugar like after taste...nothing that put me off. I'm more concerned in if it tastes bad..which it def did not!

I usually don't take medications but I did get sick a few weeks ago and I think this definitely did help me get over it faster. I'm not 100% sure if it was really the medication or just the cold getting over itself but I thought it probably helped me. I would use this again the next time i am sick.

I hate taking medicine for colds due to the nasty taste and grogginess, but not with Zicam rapid melts! Pleasant taste and really helped end my cold quicker than the other cold meds I've tried. They also say not to drink anything for fifteen minutes after which I felt was hard to do because it left my mouth feeling really dry and with a bad after taste. I do think it helped with my cold so it still gets four stars in my book.

If I dont take zicam, I feel like my cold will last forever and the symptoms are much worse. With zicam I am feeling better much quicker and can get back to my life. As an added bonus they taste great. As soon as anyone I know says they think they are getting a cold my first response is, better get some zicam now!!

I have told quite a few of the fact that the day after Thanksgiving I started taking Zicam on 11/24/2023...worked great at reducing the cold my grands passed on to me. Problem is in the last two days, all tastes bland and off. Not liking the loss of taste at all...not worth it.

I had a feeling I was going to be ill, and I can't afford to. I have a family and co-workers depending upon me. I tried citrus, not my favorite choice, but not bad. They dissolve quickly and definitely work. If you take them when you notice the first signs of a cold, and continue to take them until the symptoms end, they will shorten the length of your cold. Seriously! Never take these on an empty stomach. These melts are simply amazing. They don't make you drowsy, so you can take them and continue to function. Remember, they don't work overnight! Take them at the first signs of a cold, (they don't work for the flu, sorry). They are a little costly, but worth it. I will be keeping these little gems in my medicine cabinet . .
