I couldnt believe that taking them would do anything but it did stop me from getting sicker! The only reason I only gave it 4 stars was the taste wasnt that good. The melts have to slowly melt in your mouth and didnt taste that good. But that didnt stop me from continuing to take zicam. My colds are usually the worse and last a week or more and knock me out. This time around my cold last 3 days and was much more manageable.
