I took one rapidmelt, which tasted absolutely terrible. By the end of the day, I had completely lost my sense of smell...now everything smells the same. like fresh clean air. Cut onions: no scent. Chocolate: no scent Dirty diaper: no scent. So i guess there's one positive. as smell and taste go hand in hand, I cannot taste any of the food I eat. This is disturbing. I do not recommend Zicam at all.

Rapid melts taste great and dissolve very quickly no more yucky tasting meds.

I took these as soon as I could feel my cold coming on and it literally only lasted a few days and in those few days I didn't feel as bad as I normally do. I took the citrus flavored rapid-melts as indicated on the package and my cold was gone in just about a week. Normally my colds last a couple weeks. So I was excited that Zicam came through for me! The flavor of the product isn't bad and they do dissolve quickly.

The little bottle was easy to throw in my work bag so I can take one every 3-4 hours as stated. Definitely worth a try if you have a cold this holiday season!

I hate colds! They are the worst! I've been using Zicam RapidMelts for a few years when I get a cold and the difference is night and day. My symptoms never fully develop like in the past and my cold is gone in a few days. Yay! I rarely write reviews, but this one is worth it.
