I love these and they work well, especially if you take it right away at the first sign of a cold. My problem is always with different fillers and binders in products, both over the counter and prescription. Why does there always have to be dyes in these products. They negatively affect me, especially Yellow Dye.

I started Zicam with my two older teenagers as directed. The duration of their cold as well as the symptoms were far less than my two younger children who were to little to take these specific Zicam melts.

The fast melt in your mouth citrus flavor was great taken until symptoms slowed down. As noted this products is not to be used for flu or allergies. ZICAM cold remedy rapidmelts do not work instantly , take as directed and your cold will be gone

I took these consistently for a few days and I have to say my cold seemed like a breeze thanks to this product!! Not only do they taste good, but they also really work!

It doesn't taste too bad. Kind of like taking a children's chewable vitamin. I am not sure about shortening the cold. I can only hope

After my dental exam two weeks ago, I was told my gums were very healthy looking, and darned near perfect. Well, after one rapid melt taken, my gums are red and irritated and bleeding. I stopped taking the rapid melts after just one as gums looked red. Would not have been caused by food either, as all I ate was home made chicken noodle soup and Irish Oatmeal. My cold was not helped either, but had the gum irritation not occur, would have tried more.
