After receiving my sample I did experience the onset of a cold within days of its arrival. I used a tablet the first night before bed, It dissolved quickly and did not have a bad taste, nor did it leave a "chalky" feeling in my mouth. Over the course of four days I used these tablets every 4 hours, along with my cold medicine. My cough never fully developed, which was good, and I only missed 1 day of work due to my cold symptoms.
