[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zicam Cold Remedy Melts are outstanding. I had my doubts, but when I began getting a little bit of a sore throat, I decided to give them a try. I had a feeling I was going to be ill, and I can't afford to. I have a family and co-workers depending upon me. I tried citrus, not my favorite choice, but not bad. They dissolve quickly and definitely work. If you take them when you notice the first signs of a cold, and continue to take them until the symptoms end, they will shorten the length of your cold. Seriously! Never take these on an empty stomach. These melts are simply amazing. They don't make you drowsy, so you can take them and continue to function. Remember, they don't work overnight! Take them at the first signs of a cold, (they don't work for the flu, sorry). They are a little costly, but worth it. I will be keeping these little gems in my medicine cabinet . .

After my dental exam two weeks ago, I was told my gums were very healthy looking, and darned near perfect. Well, after one rapid melt taken, my gums are red and irritated and bleeding. I stopped taking the rapid melts after just one as gums looked red. Would not have been caused by food either, as all I ate was home made chicken noodle soup and Irish Oatmeal. My cold was not helped either, but had the gum irritation not occur, would have tried more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I caught a cold a few days ago so i tried zicam cold remedy rapidmelts citrus! I like the fact that you just put it on your tongue and it devolves! I took it every 3 hours like the bottle says and the next morning i was feeling much better! I highly recommend zicam cold remedy rapidmelts

I have told quite a few of the fact that the day after Thanksgiving I started taking Zicam on 11/24/2023...worked great at reducing the cold my grands passed on to me. Problem is in the last two days, all tastes bland and off. Not liking the loss of taste at all...not worth it.

I do feel that my cold was shorter than it normally is, from my onset of a sore throat to that lingering congestion. I would say I was sick for less than 10 days while using this product. Definitely give this product a chance the next time you feel a cold coming on.

I was skeptical but could NOT get sick because a family member was immuno-compromised, so I tried it every time I felt a cold coming on and it works! You've got to take it at the first sign of a cold if you want to really nip it in the bud but it is very effective. It also doesn't taste bad at all. I had tried zinc products in the past but was put off by the taste. This stuff is very tolerable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taste is actually very good, but having that chalky feeling on my tongue is definitely not my favorite, but it only lasts about 2 minutes after you take it! I feel it did help my cold seem to go by faster!
