Taking Zicam Rapidmelts and sore throat is gone & sinus is much better- can breath thru nose now. My colds usually last much longer. I also take 1000 mg Ester C 3 x a day & drink 48 oz of water Seems to work for me. Cheryl S

Started taking it the morning I realized I didn’t have allergies but a cold. I do think it shortened the duration and intensity of my cold. Not sick often, so I’m a bit of a baby. I’ll use it again.

My kids (college age) and I have been using Zicam for years. It heads off any cold at the first sign of a tickle or sniffle. I keep a few bottles of the Rapid Melts on hand at all times just in case. Truly has been a life saver for our family.
