Started taking it the morning I realized I didn’t have allergies but a cold. I do think it shortened the duration and intensity of my cold. Not sick often, so I’m a bit of a baby. I’ll use it again.

This product helped me shorten my cold as advertised, however, have to throw out the rest of the bottle due to the ingredients list. I will be searching for a natural option.
