I've used these rapid melts for two seasons now and they've worked every time. I take these tablets at first onset of a scratchy throat or stuffy nose and within two to three days all my symptoms are gone. I would recommend these tablets highly.

Taking Zicam Rapidmelts and sore throat is gone & sinus is much better- can breath thru nose now. My colds usually last much longer. I also take 1000 mg Ester C 3 x a day & drink 48 oz of water Seems to work for me. Cheryl S

My kids (college age) and I have been using Zicam for years. It heads off any cold at the first sign of a tickle or sniffle. I keep a few bottles of the Rapid Melts on hand at all times just in case. Truly has been a life saver for our family.
