I wouldn’t say it’s a cure all, but it did seem to shorten my cold by a day or so. BUT THE TASTE IS AWFUL. They try to mask the zinc with artificial orange flavor, but it’s awful. I’d much rather swallow a pill than have this dissolving one.

This product helped me shorten my cold as advertised, however, have to throw out the rest of the bottle due to the ingredients list. I will be searching for a natural option.
