I didnt see any advantage to taking this really and it was kind of nasty when it melted. I still had a cough, mucus, and congestion after taking this so that is why i said i didnt see any benefit to taking this.

The flavor has gotten better since I last tried 10 years ago so that is nice. I will definitely use them if I get sick.

The fast melt in your mouth citrus flavor was great taken until symptoms slowed down. As noted this products is not to be used for flu or allergies. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to the Zicam Cold Remedy RapidMelts, I didn't get the positive results I had hoped for, or more appropriately, my husband didn't as he was the one who caught a cold. He Bagan complaining of a cold and I immediately insisted on him begin taking the Zicam. He took it faithfully thru the whole bottle and he still suffered a week with cold symptoms. In my opinion, that wasn't entirely a success or entirely a fail as there is no way to know how long his cold would have lasted without it. Would I recommend it..... probably. Would I take it in the future to give it another try..... absolutely. I look forward to another test run. Thanks Crowdtap for introducing me to a new product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zicam Rapidmelts really do work to help shorten the length of a cold and reduce the severity of cold symptoms. It's important to take a tablet as soon as symptoms appear and take another tablet every 3 hours until symptoms are gone. While this product worked great, I didn't really like the citrus flavor taste. Even though I'm not crazy about the citrus flavor, I will purchase Zicam Rapidmelts again since they work so well.
