I've used this at least 5-10 times for colds. Sometimes it works better than others. I think that might have to do with various "bugs" I've caught. Just like they can't hit it all the time with the flu vaccines. I can't say for sure HOW much shorter my colds are because of this product, but I'd guess at least by a day and a little less severe. The only bugger about it is remembering to take it and be diligent. Even if the product tastes ok, it's going to leave somewhat of an aftertaste for awhile.

I took these as soon as I could feel my cold coming on and it literally only lasted a few days and in those few days I didn't feel as bad as I normally do. I woke up and had a sruffy nose and scratchy throat so I took 1 Rapidmelts and took another 1 three hours later as directed and so on the next day I was not all the way well but I didn't feel any worse so I kept taking the rapidmelts as directed and I never got any worse I felt great. I will definitely buy these in the future and tell all my friends and family about them. Colds can really drag you down and with the Zicam Rapidmelts I was able to do my regular routine and that was amazing. Thank you so much for this amazing product.

They actually do melts quite fast im feeling a better too faster than when im not taking anything else. The packaging is nice overall great product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried the Zicam Cold Remedy Rapid melts. I live in Florida and was traveling to NC for the Holidays. Leaving 85 degree weather to go a lot colder and knew I would probably catch a cold so I started the trip with Zicam Rapid melts. As I suspected I did get a cold and by taking the rapid melts as suggested by the dosage my cold was minimized. I like the orange flavor and how easy they melt in your mouth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to the Zicam Cold Remedy RapidMelts, I didn't get the positive results I had hoped for, or more appropriately, my husband didn't as he was the one who caught a cold. He Bagan complaining of a cold and I immediately insisted on him begin taking the Zicam. He took it faithfully thru the whole bottle and he still suffered a week with cold symptoms. In my opinion, that wasn't entirely a success or entirely a fail as there is no way to know how long his cold would have lasted without it. Would I recommend it..... probably. Would I take it in the future to give it another try..... absolutely. I look forward to another test run. Thanks Crowdtap for introducing me to a new product.

Sneezing, scratchy throat, sniffles, watery eyes - not allergies because I tried allergy meds. Nope - starting to get a cold. Zicam to the rescue. The symptoms continued but didn't get worse. I was able to go to work just like normal. Easy to use, melted quickly, tasted great, and the small bottle fit easily in my purse.
