I feel like this printer was really a goodbye I’m satisfied with it overall I never have any trouble sending items from my iPhone to print! The color is pretty unique as well, goes with my water clean living room decor.

A really nice printer, easy to set up on the house wifi, all-in-one and automatic two sided printing. It seems to be a nice model - bought to replace a 8 year old HP printer that was just wore out.

THIS PRINTER IS FAST AND EASY TO SET UP. MY PREVIOUS HP HAD AN ISSUE WITH COLOR ALMOST FROM TEH BEGINNING AND HP WOULDNT FIIX IT. I ADDED A SERVICE CONTRACT SO, THIS TIME, THEY WILL HAVE TO REPLACE!

I used HP printers for over 25 years...this was the first one that didn't work right out of the box due to cartridge issues. Bought on-line and returned in store. I will wait until they are back in stock to buy and try again.

This printer is great! Does all the things it says it will. It came with ink but with the set up new cartridges were on the way before I thought I would need them .

I have used HP Printers and Computers for many years. They have always had the best printer for printing most anything. Color prints are very good for the price you pay.

I bought this printer after much research and was really excited to find it on sale. The first one I bought I had to return because the scanner light would stay on all the time and would flash constantly. I came home with the second one and its doing the same thing. I would have never noticed but I walked into where the printer was in a dark room and could see the flashing. This is dangerous because if on consistently I would think it would get hot. I will be returning the second printer and now have to begin my research all over again to find a better printer.

Have had this printer for just over 2 weeks. It has developed a high pitch squeal when printing. Has, at times, printed a partial page on a piece of paper and the rest of the page on another sheet of paper (misfeeds paper); on several occasions while scanning paper to computer via the top feed tray it has pulled multiple pages through at once and / or jams; it will not send fax with the directory feature, unless you delete the semicolon that the fax machine automatically adds behind a phone number when said number has been added to the directory; it doesn't hold much paper and the drawer is difficult to open and close; the paper drawer is also very flimsy; received call from a fax sender today that she could not get a fax to go through - we were suspicious of missing some faxes as the ringer would go off, and though the machine is set to auto answer the fax, nothing would come through from legitimate numbers that our office typically does business with. I have been very disappointed in this unit, and even moreso now that I logged on to list the review and see there is now a $50 rebate offer. The unit is not worth $50 to start with in my opinion.

I bought this yesterday. Opened and setup two hours ago and I’m taking it back later today. Print quality is poor and very spotty. Vertical lines in printouts of pictures. Pulls several sheets at a time when printing documents. One page of a document may end up being printed on 3-10 sheets of paper. Same issue when printing photos also.

This printer is junk. Returning today. Purchased a few days ago. Cheap and flimsy. Paper tray feels like is will break each time you touch it. Printer will not connect to my WiFi. Continues to say that password is incorrect but it is not. Bought to replace previous HP printer that I had for years but the printhead failed. Always had good luck with HP before but this printer is not a good product.
