This shaved steak is FANTASTIC!!! I use to buy extra thin prime rib eye from Wild Fork for almost double the price of this until they discontinued it, and honestly, this is more tender then that was! Great product! Please keep this product in stock.

This meat is SO use for dishes that require thiner cuts like phó or Philly cheese steaks. But it is VERY fat heavy!

The beef tastes like filler rather than real meat. It doesn't hold up like shaved beef
