This beef is shaved thin enough to make perfect cheesesteak sandwiches, it is also good for making Pho, French Dip sandwiches, etc.

This shaved steak makes an excellent Philly Cheesesteak. I have seen it available in a single pack for a better price, however.

If you’re expecting to just cook this and eats you’ll have to add more to it. I just wish that it was more of a meal kit. It was good, but it’s just an ingredient. It’s not seasoned. Just shaved steak.

The taste was fine but it is shredded too thin. When cooked it becomes mush. I used it to make Beef Bulgogi, when you chew it … it was giving potted meat texture. Will not purchase again

It's not bad and fits the protein need and is quick to cook with a busy schedule. Not the best or the worst I've had just down the middle. Definitely has to be seasoned and cut up further so it does come apart from the other slices so it's not clumpy. Either way for basically 8.95 a pound the quality is right for the price point.
