The fresh shaved beef makesi toerfect to make fajitas and Philly cheesesteaks. It freezes well so that you can have some now and later. It will become a regular purchase fir my household.

The shaved steak was delicious and we had six meals off of the two one # packs…. Perfect for the grill on stove…. grilled with onions and added melted provolone cheese. I have already ordered another two one pound packs to pick up tomorrow…..

If you Philly Cheesesteaks this is a must buy and with the left overs if there are any I make steak and eggs.
