The fresh shaved beef makesi toerfect to make fajitas and Philly cheesesteaks. It freezes well so that you can have some now and later. It will become a regular purchase fir my household.

The shaved steak was delicious and we had six meals off of the two one # packs…. Perfect for the grill on stove…. grilled with onions and added melted provolone cheese. I have already ordered another two one pound packs to pick up tomorrow…..

If you Philly Cheesesteaks this is a must buy and with the left overs if there are any I make steak and eggs.

Best Shaved Steak we've ever purchased, from anywhere. NO gross chewy or tough pieces, it was excellent.

I use this shaved steak for easy midweek meals while my family is on the go. I sauté the beef with salt %26 pepper - simple for the kids. Then I serve it on toasted steak rolls with provolone cheese and sautéed onions, mushrooms, %26 peppers. My whole family loves it.

Good for Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Only seem at Sam’s once. Would be good in stir fry as well.

This makes a simple, great sandwich meal for dinner. It cooks up quickly and I put it on hoagie rolls. Cooked onions and provolone cheese are great additions.

We enjoy these on a regular basis, actually bought two more last time we were in the store. They are so versatile and easy to prepare. If you need something quick and delicious for a meal but short on time this is it. It tastes like a lot of effort went into it, this is definitely the way to go. I hope that it is an item that is stocked on a regular basis.

This is an excellent product. Very tender and great tasting. Many different uses. Philly Roast Beef, Open face beef and gravy to name a couple.

I love this meat for Philly cheese steaks. It has very little fatty pieces and it cooks up quickly which is great for busy evenings.
