Good quality beef and not a lot of fat. Tender and delicious beef. I added a small amount of steak seasoning and we all loved it. A great buy and saves a lot of money compared to ordering out. Will buy again!

This is great to make sandwiches with. I pair with sauteed onions and melted provolone cheese. My son and his friends love it! You can also season and use it for steak tacos. A little lime and corn tortillas makes a fast dinner.

I use this shaved steak for easy midweek meals while my family is on the go. I sauté the beef with salt %26 pepper - simple for the kids. Then I serve it on toasted steak rolls with provolone cheese and sautéed onions, mushrooms, %26 peppers. My whole family loves it.

It's not bad and fits the protein need and is quick to cook with a busy schedule. Not the best or the worst I've had just down the middle. Definitely has to be seasoned and cut up further so it does come apart from the other slices so it's not clumpy. Either way for basically 8.95 a pound the quality is right for the price point.

Got this and cooper sharp loaf from Sam's club, sauteed some onions and green peppers then added them onto the steak on a griddle on the grill and folded in the cheese, best home made cheese steak I've had, the shaved steak was a huge upgrade over the frozen stuff, the cooper sharp also helped give it an edge over past home made cheese steaks.
