I recently had the opportunity to try Member's Mark smoked sausages with bacon, jalapeño, and Monterey Jack cheese, and they were delicious. They were juicy and had a really nice jalapeño flavor without being overwhelmingly spicy. We chose to grill the sausages, but I also think they'd be really good as an ingredient in tons of other dishes. I'd definitely purchase these in the future! We really enjoy this sausage, they are a tad bit on the hot side because of the jalapeños. You dont notice the cheese very much. They have a hearty texture compared to other sausage that can be mushy. The skin has a bite to it. Ive gotten them several times, my kid really likes them, so we have them a couple times a week. I also put them in a gumbo pack i bought, cut up, made it super tasty, I will say, if you dont like heat or spicy, id stay away, but if you do, enjoy!

These sausages are a great summer meal! They come fully cooked so they're perfect for a quick and easy dinner on the grill. They are a great size and the flavor is amazing. They definitely have a kick with the jalapeño, so you should like a little spice if you pick these up. They are juicy and delicious! Highly recommend!
