My mouth is still watering just thinking about the new Member's Mark Smoked Sausage with Bacon, Jalapeño, and Monterey Jack Cheese!! The entire pack was so flavorful and juicy! I enjoy spicy foods, so this particular combo has definitely made its way into my dinner rotation. I will give a small warning to be mindful if you're fixing it family style with kids who don't fair well with a decent amount of heat. I am a big fan of the Member's Mark brand. Not only is it competitively priced, it is consistently top quality. These sausages did not disappoint. They are a good size, and were on sale when I went to pick them up!

Looking to spice up your BBQ Sunday, these sausages are a must have, if you like a mixture of spicy sensation, cheesy texture, and bacon flavor. Pop it on the grill and let it get that char-grill marks. Grill until you like the texture but don't over cooked. Overall, these sausage are juicy with just the right amount of spice.

These are so good. The longer we let them sit, the Jalapeño heat simmered down. Already bought a second pack!

I ate this after my workout for a protein filled dinner along with some yogurt and fruit. This was super easy to make in the pan and it tastes amazing. The sausage is a little bit spicy and perfect for making during the summer!

I really enjoyed this sausage. The amount of spice is just right. Quick and easy dinner choice. Cooking times are fast and smells so good while cooking. Leaves a taste of wanting more after the last bite.

These have good flavor and a mild spicy kick, the only downside is the very tough skin, not very edible on most bites

We love the bacon cheddar combination. We haven't been able to find it again at the club so we tried the bacon cheddar jalapeno combo. Although we got some of the taste we were looking for the jalapeno over powered it. This is spicy with an afterbite but we do like spicy.

These are really good sausages. They are nice and smoky and combine good flavor with a nice bit of heat. They are fully cooked out of the package and grilled well. They are not greasy and the casings provide a nice bite. My only gripe—the package is marked “mild” and these are certainly not mild. These are a solid medium heat—if you cannot tolerate a bit of heat these may be too spicy for you.
