I have to say the combination of flavors together not only sounded,smelled and tasted AMAZING!!!! I couldn't believe how big they were,specially compared to other names of sausages these are almost double in size! While preparing to grill them,you could see the bright colors of the peppers through the casing. Upon tasting them the crunch was scrumptious! Seasoned all throughout and the cheese all hit w each bite. They have a little zing to them but not to spicy!

I recently had the opportunity to try Member's Mark smoked sausages with bacon, jalapeño, and Monterey Jack cheese, and they were delicious. They were juicy and had a really nice jalapeño flavor without being overwhelmingly spicy. We chose to grill the sausages, but I also think they'd be really good as an ingredient in tons of other dishes. I'd definitely purchase these in the future! We really enjoy this sausage, they are a tad bit on the hot side because of the jalapeños. You dont notice the cheese very much. They have a hearty texture compared to other sausage that can be mushy. The skin has a bite to it. Ive gotten them several times, my kid really likes them, so we have them a couple times a week. I also put them in a gumbo pack i bought, cut up, made it super tasty, I will say, if you dont like heat or spicy, id stay away, but if you do, enjoy!

These sausages were so flavorful and delicious! We sliced them up and cooked in a skillet for a quick supper. They simmered perfectly for a smokey, cheesey and little spicy taste. Paired with some potato casserole and my family was begging for seconds!

I found the sausage good but a little greasy and I had to be put on paper towels to ley it drain. The flavor was nice and it mixed well with onion and sweet peppers. The sausage paired better mixed with onions, pepper and eggs topped with cheese. I would probably buy it again but this time cook it on the grill.

My husband grilled these sausages for us today. The sausages kept their shape well on the hot charcoal grill. I loved the smoky flavor. It was actually spicy! And I could see bits of jalapenos in the sausages. The cheese was nice and melty. I didn't taste the bacon, but overall it was a delicious sausage. I think it's pretty good value but I wish I could buy like half of the pack for half the price.
