These smoked sausages were delicious. The flavor was rich and smoky without being too salty, and the texture was juicy and satisfying. They were easy to cook and worked great for breakfast, grilling, or quick meals. My family really enjoyed them and I would definitely buy them again.

We really enjoy this sausage, they are a tad bit on the hot side because of the jalapeños. You dont notice the cheese very much. They have a hearty texture compared to other sausage that can be mushy. The skin has a bite to it. Ive gotten them several times, my kid really likes them, so we have them a couple times a week. I also put them in a gumbo pack i bought, cut up, made it super tasty, I will say, if you dont like heat or spicy, id stay away, but if you do, enjoy!

The Member's Mark Smoked Sausage made with bacon, jalapeño and Monterey Jack cheese are so good but with a good kick of spice! I decided to grill these sausages and we ate them like hotdogs. I can handle spicy foods but these packed a little more of a punch than I expected! I was able to push through the spice just fine though to enjoy them! They were perfectly juicy and messed so good out on my balcony on the grill! They will make your mouth water! I highly recommend these for your next grill session!

My husband grilled these sausages for us today. The sausages kept their shape well on the hot charcoal grill. I loved the smoky flavor. It was actually spicy! And I could see bits of jalapenos in the sausages. The cheese was nice and melty. I didn't taste the bacon, but overall it was a delicious sausage. I think it's pretty good value but I wish I could buy like half of the pack for half the price.
