This sausage was one of the best additions to our crawfish boil for Mother's day. The sausage stayed juicy and flavorful, and the smoky bacon with the slight jalapeños heat paired so well with the seafood seasoning. The Monterey jack cheese gives it a rich, savory flavor without being too heavy. It disappeared fast at the party, and several people asked what sausage we used. Definitely a new favorite for cookouts, boils, and family gatherings!

Used this in a breakfast casserole! It was awesome - added a lot of flavor to the casserole. I only ended up using half the package and froze the rest to use later. The only thing I would change is making the package easier to open.

They cook easy and you can cook them with different kinds of noodles or rice or you can grill them and eat them that way, they taste good and there fresh

These sausages were delicious!!! I they were juicy and easy to cook and pair with anything. We made Cajun shrimp and added the sausage, it came out so good! The hint of spicy was perfect. I think we found our new favorite sausage.

We decided to cook it on our blackstone and it was pretty good. Alittle spicy but not to bad of a flavor. They smelled pretty good cooking as well. I think it wasnt to bad of a price either.

I was a little hesitant at first, but these are absolutely delicious! They are truly mild but have tons of flavor. Everyone in my family liked it and we typically don't do a ton of spice.
