its decent, not as good as the Jalapeño cheddar sausage. More chewy and less greasy than the cheddar and the flavor is not as good. My family will stick with the jalapeño cheddar going forward

This is one of the best sausages i have taste. The spiciness is perfect. Very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside when you cook it. Perfect for the summer grilling.

My husband grilled these sausages for us today. The sausages kept their shape well on the hot charcoal grill. I loved the smoky flavor. It was actually spicy! And I could see bits of jalapenos in the sausages. The cheese was nice and melty. I didn't taste the bacon, but overall it was a delicious sausage. I think it's pretty good value but I wish I could buy like half of the pack for half the price.

I sampled this smoked sausage in the store and immediately me and the lady next to me rushed over to purchase a package. Warning the jalapeño is a medium spice level for most people and hotter for the northerners ... lol. But the flavor hot off the grill was a huge hit on the 4th of July party. Highly recommend!
