Smoked sausage on the hot side for me but really liked them

PRODUCT WOULD BE BETTER WITHOUT THE JALAPENO PEPPERS

Had heat but flavor was not better than much less expensive sausage. Casing is too tough.

Better then Mission BBQ sausages

Sauage was good when back the following week not in stock.

Fantastic flavor and surprisingly good! Not hot but has a nice zing on the back end!
