Great taste, not to hot,like it being pre-cooked

I would have walked right past these but for the samples. I tried a taste and made the purchase. They're really good! My family agreed. I went back and bought more to throw in the freezer since they're a seasonal item.

These are nearly identical to the jalapeño cheddar MM sausages. Instead of having 2 interchangeable options, PLEASE BRING BACK THE PORK AND CHEESE FRANKS, which were not do spicy, and so nice to have in addition to the beef franks.

These are excellent, so flavorful, like a perfect blend for anyone who appreciates some heat. Love jalapeños, but anything hotter than these I wouldn't want to do.

If you do not like anything spicy, and you know who you are, this is not for you. The first link I had seemed hotter than the second, so maybe I just acclimated to the kick. However, please don't complain it's "too hot" or "would be better without jalapeño" when it is clearly stated as containing jalapeño! This is a nice change from Italian sausage. I made it in cast iron grill pan to create some char lines, and also made in air fryer. The casing gets nice and 'snappy' adding textural interest. Good eaten alone, on a bun, in a seafood boil, added to soup, and so much more that your imagination can come up with...worth a try.
