great smoked sausage. I was concerned because it said it was made with bacon and that can be hot or miss. I don't taste bacon at all in fact but the flavor has a great smoky spicy kick to it!

If you do not like anything spicy, and you know who you are, this is not for you. The first link I had seemed hotter than the second, so maybe I just acclimated to the kick. However, please don't complain it's "too hot" or "would be better without jalapeño" when it is clearly stated as containing jalapeño! This is a nice change from Italian sausage. I made it in cast iron grill pan to create some char lines, and also made in air fryer. The casing gets nice and 'snappy' adding textural interest. Good eaten alone, on a bun, in a seafood boil, added to soup, and so much more that your imagination can come up with...worth a try.

Tastes good, good price, no MSG, convenient!
