Honestly I don’t know who would buy any other brand of dish soap. I only have to put a little bit on the sponge and it lasts a whole sink full of dishes. There’s no residue or spots. I literally buy this in bulk an even have a travel size for camping.

Dawn Ultra Platinum Refreshing Rain Scented Dishwashing Liquid 346 Fl Oz For me I've always used Dawn. I grew up using Dawn and I've just continued using Dawn. Ive tried using other brands but honestly nothing works as good as Dawn if your wanting a good dish soap. I don't use anything else. Def recommend and I will always be a Dawn consumer. It just works better in my opinion.

I put a small amount in a pan that has food completely stuck to the pan and let it soak for about 15 minutes and the food will come right off! It makes washing dishes so much easier! I rarely take the time to leave feedback for household consumer goods, but I'm making an exception here. The new product is TERRIBLE. We have been using Dawn for years -- even decades -- and we go this new product last week, but the scent seems extremely concentrated, and is very difficult to get it out of the things we wash. It's almost like it leaves residue that is tough to eliminate. And the taste gets through to the food -- I have already had to toss out several cups of coffee. And today, my 3 cats are refusing to eat out of their bowls. Now, Dawn's social media folks are probably going to respond with some canned statement about "extensive research" or "research and development". But if this is representative of their R&D, I'm going to be wary about anything from Procter & Gamble from here on.

I used to use off brand soaps that in hindsight probably cost just as much as Dawn did honestly and those didn’t work near as well. A little goes a long way, and it works really well on oil and grease (obviously or else they wouldn’t clean the duckies with them!) but yeah, I love this soap and I will never use any other brand.

Dawn new scent is terrible! The scent is an assault to my senses. I can taste it in my food when using pans and utensils washed with the new scent soap even when thoroughly rinsing with hot water. I will be switching products. Bring the original scent back and have the new scent as an option. Ick! I wouldn’t be washing wildlife with that scented soap. Why did you have to change a good product. Whoever came up with this idea of the scent change should be fired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product. I have not had to use elbow grease on a pot, dish or pan since I bought this product! This product has proved to work in COLD water! We heat our hot water via our oil furnace. With the price of oil in recent years, we have turned the furnace off in warm weather and only heated the water when we plan to take a shower. I will never buy any thing else for cleaning our dishes.

The new scent is overpowering and it lingers. I thought it might have been user error and I didn't fully rinse out my pans, but reading other reviews assures me this is not the case. I was making eggs and the perfume of the soap was wafting out of the pan as I cooked. The smell lingers on hands and dishes. I used the bulk dawn dish soap for everything from at home dishes, to cleaning my lab glassware in my classroom, as well as in some experiements. I hate to waste it but I don't think we can finish the bottle.

I love the smell of this dish soap. I recommend dawn and any dawn dish soaps because not only do they clean your dishes and smell good you can use some of them for your dogs or other animals. Call dawn if you have any questions before you use it on your animals. I definitely recommend.
