Please use the preferred Rest/Angled Refill Method for the best and easiest refill experience. - Rest/Flat Refill Method: The consumer rests the EZ Refill cap onto the neck of the refill bottle while holding the bottle flat on the countertop. This method is easier than some and helps prevent spills but is not as effective as the angled method. - Cowboy Refill Method: The consumer pours the refill jug above the bottle without connecting the EZ Refill cap to the neck.
