I love Dawn dish soap because it cuts through grease, has the refreshing smell of rain, and the most importantly, it helps save animal lives.

Dawn liquid can not be beaten. I trust it every time. It can be magic on pots and pans. Glasses are pristine and clean. Every other use in the book from laundry spot cleaner to floors within reason. They even clean animal life When those pesky oil tankers spill and sully the environment. Sam's Club prices always win. Just buy it and clean.

This dish soap is the very best and the larger bottle saves us money. They just changed the lid and I wasted a lot of it because I took it off the first time I refilled my tiny bottle that sinks on my kitchen sink. Leave the lid on and the lid is ok once you figure out how it pours.

I've used this product for along time because it does the job. I do dishes by hand so I need something that cuts grease. This is a cheaper buy than replacing the small bottles.

Wow. Dawn has always been the best, but I put This on a greasy griddle after the family breakfast. I just wiped with a paper towel and only used the sponge for a once-over to make sure. WOW!

Absolutely love Dawn dish soap, it's the best but I took one star away for the "new" bottle's lid. We keep that big bottle under the sink and squirt as needed in the sink. There's no squirting with that big ole hole, you would get 15 squirts at once. I usually take the old bottle and smash for recycling first and then go get a new one from my supply, for some reason I did not do my usual routine. Good thing I didn't, I now need it so I can refill it and smash the new big-holed one. I really dislike it.

I don't write many reviews but I will try to do better since I try to rely on them myself. First, I have always loved Dawn dish detergent, and likely always will. However, this last purchase in May has been a disappointment. I try to restock before I run out, and I had some left from February when the new bottle arrived. Here's one issue: When I used it (platinum) it seemed much thinner in consistency than the previous bottle and I find myself using a bit more than before, even in the upside-down bottles. Second issue: The spout on the new bottle is much wider, "pouring out" more detergent than usually needed, especially if children are washing the dishes. I hope this isn't intentional by Dawn (such a large spout and too much inadvertently used for the intended job), causing consumers to buy more, more frequently. I know inflation, tariffs, etc., but please don't let it affect the quality that we've come to love and depend on for years.

Unfortunatley I do not like the new design of the bottle. It's to wide and pours the soap all around. Think twice.

I suspect this new lid design is intended to cause the consumer to use at least 5X more product than before. The pour spout hole is giant. Tons of soap comes out no matter how carefully you pour. It’s 100% impossible to drizzle a few drops of soap where you need it. The bottle says it’s for refilling smaller bottles. Yet it doesn’t even come WITH a smaller bottle to refill. I threw away my old bottle so I can’t even refill that one. I’ll have to buy one of the other brands that has a normal sized pour spout when this runs out. (Which will be very soon since an enormous amount of soap comes out every time I try to pour just a little…huge waste of soap).

Dawn platinum dish soap quality has dropped significantly. Before, just a small squeeze would create a thick lather and was enough to wash many dishes. Now, the soap feels watery, and I have to use much more just to get the same job done. you making it harder for consumers, we end up using products faster and spending more money. stop reducing quality and make products that truly meet customer needs.
