It works great, cuts through greasy pots, pans, dishes with just a small amount of soap. The fresh rain scent is clean and pleasant without being too strong or leave the strong scent residue after rinsing off. It actually rinses off easily and leaves my dishes sparkling clean. It's definitely one of the best dish soaps I've tried.

What happened to Dawn Platinum Foam? Gone. I bought the Dawn Platinum Dishwashing Liquid, Fresh Rain. I love the smell of fresh rain. This was not it. It smelled strangely like something rotting. I thought it was my imagination. Tried it again. Opened the container. Too bad I had forgotten the one in the pantry never opened. I checked it too. All the same. It's not a very effective detergent on grease, makes my dishcloth smell awful, & it actually makes me nauseous when I wash dishes. It's going in the trash ASAP. I have to find something else. I see all of the bad reviews going way back. Why is it still on the shelves?

It doesn't require a large amount of soap to achieve a sparkly outcome. My dishes are left looking clean and smelling great. No residue or weird scent left behind. I simply soak the pan in down dish soap and become a scrub free . A little goes long way. Great size and great price.

The large jug is super handy for refilling my smaller dish soap bottle, and the built in handle makes it easy to pour without making a mess. The Fresh Rain scent smells clean and fresh, and the soap does an amazing job cutting through grease with just a small amount. I enjoy the fresh rain scent but more than anything I like how effective it is at getting grime off of dishes. The bottle is conveniently shaped for easy handling which is important since I use an auto dispensing soap sponge brush to help me easily clean and remove food “ick” from all my dirty dishes and we tend to refilll this handheld soap brush around once a week. Overall very happy and would recommend.

love the dawn product! However - this bottle design sucks! cannot open with one hand especially when your and is wet and the pour spout wastes too much product! easy to over pour and it gets all down the side of the bottle. this bottle design is a disaster!
