Loved Dawn and only used it for years. The new scent is horrible though. Since P&G has mentioned they will not bring back the original scent, I will have to change brands to find a less offensive scent. P&G did the same thing with Tide, years ago, which still makes me very sad. Never been back to Tide either. Here's a novel idea...Want a new scent, then just offer a new scent but leave the original the same. Then you don't lose loyal customers.

Is this the original Dawn product that can get stains out of clothing? Since there are so many different Dawn products out there I can't find the one that has the original formula. I have bought several and none of them have removed stains from clothing like the original. You really should market the original as a clothing stain remover because it was better then any of the stain removers out there.. Believe me I have tried all the stain remover marketed and none worked better then Dawn original,, Can you help me?

Dawn has been my number one choice for dish detergent. Other brands in the markets do smell better but don't clean as good as Dawn. This particular platinum version has an extra cleaning agent and water softener added makes it more powerful for stuck on stains or food. Dawn might cost a bit more but I definitely used a lot less. With other brands I usually had to use a good amount of soap and washing over and over 4x on pans and pots to get all the greases out but with Dawn, I only use a little amount because it's more viscous and cut through the grease like a charm. I only have to scrub it one time and done, save so much time and effort. Highly recommend!

In my opinion this is the best dish soap I ever had. It doesn’t leave any rash on my hands because with some soaps I use I always end up with rashes I don’t know if it’s because of the ingredients or not that causes that but I have not had a problem with this soap. It works really good my family only buys this. It smells good to me. And it works better and it’s a lot easier to get dry food off the plates it like softens it somehow and makes everything come off easier. So it’s a great dish soap to use. And I heard that dawn makes oil come off it was animal tested and it gets rid of fleas! This is a awesome soap. I was watching this one commercial and it was about ducks having oil on them and they used dawn soap to get all the oil off of them. This was also on the news a couple years ago but I totally recommend this to everyone to get this soap if you have a lot of dishes or if you have pets that have fleas, dawn soap will do the magic!

I really like the Dawn ultra platinum dishwashing liquid it gets my dishes sparkly clean it makes my hands feel really soft as well I don’t think there’s any other brand out there that is better than John you can use this dishwashing liquid for multi purposes as well I definitely recommend trying this brand

Dawn platinum really cuts grease and cleans dishes better than any other brand i have ever used! Especially on tough thick pans it cuts right through and makes cleaning easy ! Its really the best in the line of fish liquids in have tried and has a nice fresh smell

I'm so sad the scent has changed. It makes me wonder what else has. I've used Dawn exclusively for over 30 years. I just did a load of dishes and was surprised it's changed so much. Not happy with the scent. Very disappointed. Will be switching to a different dish soap. Send recommendations this way!

I bought this because I couldn't find original. Big mistake. Hard to rinse off. I had grease in pan, poured full strength to wash and rinse and the pan was still greasy. That never happened with original. I am thinking they didn't test product. I do not recommend this product at all. I also don't like odors and it smells funny.

Dawn Ultra Concentrated Dish Liquid Original -what more is there to say? We’ve all seen the commercials with the little birds covered in oil and the one where one drop takes care of a whole sinks worth of dishes. Well I’m here to tell you it’s true. Dawn is the ultimate dish washing soap. It is gentle on your skin but it is rough and tough on that caked on lasagna. All you have to remember is to never put it in your dishwasher.. unless you want to swim in the bubbles that fill your kitchen.

this is a great soap! it works well on food and grease, i don’t even have to scrub hard to remove them! also, the scent is amazing! the price is reasonable! and a little goes a long way! i would highly recommend this product and i will be buying again!
