A little goes a long way with this product. You will get an effective wash and not need a lot of liquid. The green papaya scent is my favorite. I am more of a fan of power wash in the form of spray but I use this product as well for sponge washing dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a cleaning service and during the summer we turn over student rentals on a near by campus. Cleaning is not top priority for most of the college age group so you can imagine the grime they leave behind. We had been using the Dawn Ultra and it worked well... Then we tried the Dawn Platinum. It powered through the grease left on the stoves and microwaves. It truly makes quick work of removing greasy stuck on grime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I exclusively buy Dawn Platinum Power Clean Refreshing Rain Scent to wash all my dishes and pots and pans. Its grease cutting ingredients work wonders on breaking down the greasy residue on my roasting pans and frying pans in just 3 minutes. Dawn Platinum Power Clean cuts down on my scrubbing time. I even take Dawn Platinum Power Clean when I go camping or on vacation to the beach. It is the BEST!!

Only dish detergent we will use in our house. Occasionally if I’m really on a budget I will use something else, but, nothing beats dawn. You use less compared to others and it really cuts grease like it says. I also enjoy the scent. Dawn Ultra Platinum Refreshing Rain Scented Dishwashing Liquid 346 Fl Oz

Dawn dishwashing liquid is great for those dishes that don't want to come clean. It really breaks down the particles that are stuck on your dishes. The best part is you don't have to use a huge amount either. Just as little goes a long way. Dawn Ultra Concentrated Dish Liquid Original

Wish I didn’t have to be but Dawn really is a better brand than a lot of dishwashing soap’s. I do like the ultra platinum it just helps cut off some extra grease especially if I leave anything overnight and I would suggest sticking with a brand once it works for you. Dawn just happens to be that brand for me

I am in my 40s and have used Dawn my entire life. New scent “fresh” is awful. It smells like rotting onions and I feel like it stinks to my dishes. Returning my purchase and I guess I will find a new dish soap. Take a cue from the makers of Smart Balance who tried to change their formula too. They ended up changing right back after a few months. If it’s not broke then don’t fix it.

Recently bought "clean new scent" dawn and the new scent is terrible. The whole drawer where I store plastic bowls washed with new dawn smells awful. When cooking with skillets washed with dawn u can smell it cooking off when first heated up. Please, please bring back old dawn. Not sure if problem is new scent or formula change to dawn. My brother had to stop using also. Hope this won't be like " new coke" where u lose many customers. Hard to get back once u lose them.

Hands down the best dish washing liquid around! This soap breaks up harsh residues and makes cleaning a breeze, it is also great for other tough messes like grease. It is worth every penny and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants squeaky clean dishes. Dawn Ultra Platinum Dishwashing Liquid

I have been a steady consumer of this brand for over 30 years. It does what it says it will do for cleaning baked on food from cookware, dishes, etc.  It is also a great stain remover for just about anything. If I am out of my all purpose cleaner, I use this instead. One great tip is to use it mixed in a spray bottle with Cleaning Vinegar...better smell but boost the cleaning power!
