This has been my OG dish washing soap for years. My mom would always buy it, and now that I’m married I buy and use it. It’s a great product with many nice scents. And it’s at a great price. Definitely recommend.

Makes dishes fun!

Dawn never disappoints with their soap. Use for dishes, regular home cleaning, or car care. This stuff does it all and is gentle on the most sensitive of skin. It practically sells itself!

It stinks!

I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Dawn has been my go to detergent for years but this new "clean scent" is horrible. It's an instant headache. The stench lingers for hours. I can't use it. Why did PG think they had to fix something that wasn't broke?

We're sorry to learn your recently purchased bottle of Dawn Platinum Dishwashing Liquid, with Fresh Rain Scent, didn't meet your expectations. However, we're thinking you may be referring to our Dawn Ultra with Original scent, as its updated fragrance is advertised as a "clean" scent. Fresh Rain hasn't changed its fragrance since 2022. Recently, the name did change from "Refreshing Rain" to "Fresh Rain", but that's it. That being said, you've mentioned that the scent isn't comfortable for you, and your safety is our top priority. Although our Safety Team works very hard to only create products that you can safely use, it's possible you have a particular sensitivity, and we ask you to stop using this bottle. Give us a call for more help with this. We have other products we can suggest for you, that'll deliver the performance you're missing and the results you expect. Terrible new scent

I have used Dawn my entire adult life but the new scent is so strong I now need to search for a different option. It makes my hands smell like perfume.

It's a workhorse

This is has always been my go to, cuts grease, works so well on everything. I've even used this on stains on clothes. Definitely recommend this product.

This is the best dishwashing liquid. It really cuts through grease an helps get off stuck in foods. Definitely something I reuse on the regular. It’s very much so effective an it’s all I use to wash my dishes in.
