[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super quick and easy side dish. It's easy to transport to work to cook or use at home. It cooked evenly through in the bag. It was a little dry but I figured this wouldn't be something I would eat alone anyhow.

Although it is very convenient just to pop in the microwave, it does not taste good at all. I tried to doctor it up and add some flavor to it but I did not like it at all. No flavor tastes like cardboard.

With the name Ben's you already know it's going to be good. This rice was so delicious and so easy to prepare. In a matter of minutes I had it ready and on the table for dinner. There is a good amount in the package but, in my house, we made it 2 servings. Will definitely be using this on a regular basis.
