It comes in an 8.5 OZ pouch that is BPA free and is very easy to prepare as all it takes is 90 seconds in the microwave. It is free of artificial ingredients which makes me feel good knowing that I'm eating healthy. I recommend this quick delicious side dish that is the perfect complement for any meal!

Especially if your in a rush or are trying to get a quick dinner ready for the family. Only complaint is that it was a little bland, but we added some spices and they helped. Overall, it was an easy dinner.
