I bought this mower on sale and used it for the first time last night. it was easy to unbox and unfold the push bar and adjust to desired hight. it came with a bottle of oil so after adding that and gas, it was ready to run. It started easily. I adjusted wheel height a couple of times to get the setting right. then i began cutting. The self propelled speed is a little fast, but I am 64 years old and I got used to the speed after 5 or 10 minutes and I was able to keep up with it just fine. I originally bought it for my rental property, but after using it, I have decided to donate my older craftsman self propelled mower to the renters instead of this new one. I am keeping this for use in my own yard instead.

I nearly face planted when I engaged the self propelled. WAY too fast, and no way to adjust it. Also - the grass flies out of the top of the bag catcher, as we are unable to get it attached in a flush way to contain the clippings. Zero chance I can use this mower. I'm not "elderly", but it is way too powerful for me. Do not buy. I'm going to try to return to Sam's, not sure if they will accept it though. HIGHLY disappointed. Do better.

Sadly, I'm very disappointed with this lawn mower. First, and probably most important, is that Usain Bolt couldn't keep up with the self-propell speed. It's just way too fast and there's simply no way to adjust it. If you decide not to use it and just push the power, every now and then you'll accidently bump the handle to engage it. Especially if you're pulling backward toward you. Then the mower just takes off on you. It's so frustrating. Second is the handle that adjust the height. It's huge and plastic. Honestly I thought it would make adjusting easier, but that handle gets in the way. It gets caught on the shelvng as I'm pusing it in or out of my shed. It gets caught on the irrigation system on my raised beds. I can imagine that this handle will be broken off before then end of June. And finally, the handle is held in place by plastic disks with teeth on them. After just one time cutting of my lawn, they already seem loose. There's probably as much plastic on this lawn mower as you'd find in a lego factory. LOL. I'm pretty sure this will have to go back. It's just not worth the frustration.

I'm really happy with this mower. The 21-inch deck cuts a wide path, and the self-propulsion keeps me moving without extra effort. No clogs, no uneven patches, just a quick, clean job. Worth every penny for anyone who hates fighting with their mower.

After 2 uses the self propelled does not work. I try to return but Sam's says I have to mail it back with Fedex. Seriously, it's a lawn mower. How am I supposed to mail it back? It's been 18 days since it was delivered . I didn't keep the box. No option given to return it to my local store. Called Samsclub.com and was told that the company that makes the mower will call me in 3-5 days to pick it up then I would get my refund. I don't understand why I can't just return it to my local store that has them in stock.

This Lawn mower has been assembled easily. It runs greatly to help me trimming the grass and clean weeds in backyard. Self-propelled drive let me to do it easily and more efficiently. And the Debris Collection bag is more help for clean. It's powerful.

This mower is not senior citizen compatible! To cut grass on a small yard where there are close that have to be made is almost impossible. It is very heavy and to pull it back or get close to the fence it is extremely hard at the speed it is going. It is way too fast to control it safely to maneuver it in tight spaces. This mower maybe all right if you have a straight run and no obstacles in the way. It is too fast and I almost had to walk so fast with it, it wore me out cutting my grass. I called the manufacturer on the phone to see if I could turn the speed down on the motor and he said I couldn't, it's not in the specs. He told me that iPower has a lot of complaints on this and they are working on getting this fixed or resolved. I would wholeheartly suggest if you are in your 80's like me to get something else to mow your lawn.

Pure junk. We purchased this mower on May 4th and returned it May 8th. The self- propelled feature quit during the first time being used.Also, the cheap design of the handle ,utilizes one bolt , making it unstable. It is just so cheaply made.

First of all the mower works excellent in tall thick grass. The flap door on back of the mower broke where it holds the return spring on the very first use. The speed is all or nothing. Too fast for the corners and turns my yard has.

We didn't get the 1 mow done and it quit self propel ... when it did work it would go so fast that it was doing wheelies.. we brought it back and bought a Toro
