You gotta sleep, but I never do. The only thing that has helped me over time is Melatonin. But not all. I’ve tried a lot of them, but not all of them worked and not all of them worked well. These do. I think maybe these work so well because they are time release. I’m not sure, but with these I can get up to do what’s required and go back to sleep. Then when i do wake up, im not so fuzzy headed. Try them!

I got this Melatonin for my husband to help him sleep. The members mark brand worked well for him. It helped him relax so he could sleep. It was the right strength and the pill was easy to swallow. I thought the time release also played apart in keeping him asleep and therefore I could sleep!

It was hard to rate this product. I am a petite woman and 10mg seemed to be a lot. I think that maybe starting with a small dosage of 1 or 3 mg would be wiser. I do not remember falling asleep that was how fast it hit me. Will be interested in trying a smaller dosage product.

I was skeptical when I first tried this time released melatonin. I had tried melatonin from the drug store but it did not really do anything for me. This makes you sleepy and you just want to close yours eyes and once you do you are asleep. It takes between 20-30 minutes to work after you take it. I have gotten and average of at least 7 hours of sleep every night but it doesn't put you in such a dead sleep that I do not hear when my husband or grandson call me during the night for something and I can get up and not be drowsy immediately. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants or needs a good nights sleep.

I bought this due to the value. 250 pills for $10. I usually used the gummies. So I tried and they didn't seem to work for me. One night I took 2 still took a while before I slept had to work the next day so only maybe 2-3 hours. Was groggy all day. I decided to return and not continue to to keep taking. Felt like they were doing more harm than good. Went back to gummies. Guess they weren't for me.

I’ve taken all different brands of Melatonin. MM brand is timed release and a great price. It works as well as all the brands I’ve tried. This product is 10 mg but if you’ve never tried Melatonin I would start at 1mg or 3mg and see how that works for you before you jump to 10mg.

This is a great product if you only need a little nudge helping you fall asleep. Melatonin is not a drug, but a supplement, so you won't have any drug side effects. Be aware melatonin is only used to help you fall asleep but can't help if you have trouble staying asleep. With it being time released, it may help you a little more. Great size bottle for the price.

My wife has trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. The first time she took it , she was asleep within 15 minutes and didn't wake up once during the night. Got over 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep. She said she felt rested for the first time in months. They are her "go to" every night 15 minutes before bedtime. No morning groggy effects either.

I only received Member's Mark Timed Release Melatonin a week ago, but it seems to relax me and allow me to fall asleep quickly. I sleep most of the night and wake refreshed in the morning. Since it is 10mg < I only nee to ake one pill just before be. It is defintely worth a try if you have trouble sleepig.

I was really hopeful these would work for me, but they either did nothing at all or caused mild upset stomach. I see mixed reviews for this product. It seems there is either a production issue (some reviews say it seems like a placebo) or maybe it's simply that melatonin is hit or miss. based on each individual.
