I got this Melatonin for my husband to help him sleep. The members mark brand worked well for him. It helped him relax so he could sleep. It was the right strength and the pill was easy to swallow. I thought the time release also played apart in keeping him asleep and therefore I could sleep!

My wife has trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. The first time she took it , she was asleep within 15 minutes and didn't wake up once during the night. Got over 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep. She said she felt rested for the first time in months. They are her "go to" every night 15 minutes before bedtime. No morning groggy effects either.

Works great for me to fall asleep fast and I always wake up feeling rested. Large bottle for a great price. Will last a long time with 250 tablets per bottle. I only take one tablet before bed and this works very well for me. I would recommend to anyone wanting a good night's rest.

I've used the dissolving tablets for some time. However, these time released tablets are certainly superior! They not only appear to help me get to sleep easier, but they help me stay asleep throughout the night without side effects. Highly recommended.

READ THE LABEL. My bad as this is a Sam’s Club generic product I bought from Walmart.com (part of Sam’s Club) and resold by a 3rd party for DOUBLE the price. Same exact product/count is $12.58 on Sam’sClub.com. I thought I was buying Naturol as that’s what I use. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice ….. not gonna happen.

You gotta sleep, but I never do. The only thing that has helped me over time is Melatonin. But not all. I’ve tried a lot of them, but not all of them worked and not all of them worked well. These do. I think maybe these work so well because they are time release. I’m not sure, but with these I can get up to do what’s required and go back to sleep. Then when i do wake up, im not so fuzzy headed. Try them!

I have been taking Source Natural sublingual melatonin for years. They have increased the price so trying Members Mark melatonin was a good choice. Time release helps you stay asleep. With sublingual I would wake up in early morning hours and not go back to sleep. I have always been satisfied with Members Mark quality and price. Pills are easy to swallow.

It was hard to rate this product. I am a petite woman and 10mg seemed to be a lot. I think that maybe starting with a small dosage of 1 or 3 mg would be wiser. I do not remember falling asleep that was how fast it hit me. Will be interested in trying a smaller dosage product.

I bought this due to the value. 250 pills for $10. I usually used the gummies. So I tried and they didn't seem to work for me. One night I took 2 still took a while before I slept had to work the next day so only maybe 2-3 hours. Was groggy all day. I decided to return and not continue to to keep taking. Felt like they were doing more harm than good. Went back to gummies. Guess they weren't for me.

Great alternative to name brand - very similar product with comparable results, highly recommend as alternative to more expensive brands. Product works well when extra help is needed staying asleep. Overall melatonin isn't always completely effective for me but this brand worked as well as regular brand for me.
