Member’s Mark™ Timed-Release Melatonin 10 mg Tablets are formulated to provide a gradual release of melatonin during the night to support healthy sleep quality.* Each tablet is free from artificial colors or flavors, sugar, gluten, and lactose. Packaged in a bottle containing 300 tablets, this product provides a little over nine months of supply.

Quality Sleep

Melatonin is a naturally occurring compound that is produced by the body during the night in response to darkness. It signals the body that it is time to sleep and helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle, known as the circadian rhythm.* 

As a dietary supplement, melatonin has been shown to help promote healthy, normal sleep/wake rhythms and patterns.* When taken together with Vitamin B6, it may help support melatonin for restful sleep.* Adults should take one tablet just prior to or at bedtime, as melatonin can induce drowsiness and sleep.

Life Changing Sleep

Pleasant tasting and reliable sleep aid

These melatonin tablets are a reliable, pleasant way to get to sleep. They have a soft texture, dissolve readily in your mouth and have a slightly sweet, fruity flavor. They help to relax and settle your thoughts so that you can drift into sleep without any other aids.

Help me get a good nights rest!

I have been using this Members Mark Melatonin for just over a week and it seems to work really well. I like that it’s a time released tablet. I have had a better nights rest and feel rested in the morning. I have not noticed any drowsiness waking up like I have experienced from other melatonin products.
