I have been using this Members Mark Melatonin for just over a week and it seems to work really well. I like that it’s a time released tablet. I have had a better nights rest and feel rested in the morning. I have not noticed any drowsiness waking up like I have experienced from other melatonin products.

Wow! This is potent. I don't usually use Melatonin but I thought I would try this so that maybe I could stop dreaming all night long. I took 1 pill at 10:00PM and I slept as normal as I usually do but the next day I was a zombie. So I tried half a pill earlier like 5PM and it hit quickly but I still slept normal the rest of the night. So I tried 1/2 at 10:00PM and I did good, slept a lot better. So, it's really good, but you may need to try different times and different amounts to see what works best for you--definitely try on a weekend if you have a weekly job. I’ve been using the Member’s Mark Timed-Release Melatonin 10mg tablets for a while now, and overall, I’m very happy with them. The timed-release formula really helps me stay asleep through the night instead of waking up after just a few hours, which has been a problem with some other melatonin brands I’ve tried. The tablets are easy to swallow, and the large 300-count bottle is a great value for the price—it lasts a long time. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that 10mg feels a little strong for me at times, so I don’t always need a full tablet. It would be nice if the tablets were scored or available in smaller doses for more flexibility. Still, this is an excellent product for anyone who needs consistent support with sleep.

I have had a sleeping problems for many years. I have tried all over the counter sleep aids. I didn't want to use prescription sleeping pills so I thought I would try melatonin time released tablets. I like them. They work for me. I did feel sluggish for the first two weeks until my body adjusted.

This product did not work for me. I have difficulty falling asleep and the nights I tried this I did not sleep at all. I would not recommend to anyone I did not write a review sooner because I hate to write negative things about any products since it could work well for others

I'd give this Melatonin a negative score If I could. They do not work at all. I honestly feel like they made my inability to sleep worse than it normally is. I returned them and will never buy them again.
