I have been using this Members Mark Melatonin for just over a week and it seems to work really well. I like that it’s a time released tablet. I have had a better nights rest and feel rested in the morning. I have not noticed any drowsiness waking up like I have experienced from other melatonin products.

Wow! This is potent. I don't usually use Melatonin but I thought I would try this so that maybe I could stop dreaming all night long. I took 1 pill at 10:00PM and I slept as normal as I usually do but the next day I was a zombie. So I tried half a pill earlier like 5PM and it hit quickly but I still slept normal the rest of the night. So I tried 1/2 at 10:00PM and I did good, slept a lot better. So, it's really good, but you may need to try different times and different amounts to see what works best for you--definitely try on a weekend if you have a weekly job. But I will continue to take it, it's nice to sleep. See the pictures of the bottle that I have included, it tells you need to know information.

This is a great supplement! This helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. The pill is a great size, not too big. The. Title has 300 pills in it so if taken daily this bottle would last almost a year. Would definitely buy again!

Makes sleepy time easier. Some nightsI need to take 2 if I had too many cups of coffee earlier in the day. I am to hyper to sleep. Most days one is enough. Helps me wake up feeling refreshed. I do not feel groggy atall.

The tablets are easy to swallow, and the large 300-count bottle is a great value for the price—it lasts a long time. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that 10mg feels a little strong for me at times, so I don’t always need a full tablet. It would be nice if the tablets were scored or available in smaller doses for more flexibility. Still, this is an excellent product for anyone who needs consistent support with sleep.
