This product is perfect for families and at a great price. It lasts a long time and is just as effective as any other brand of melatonin. The pills are small which helps older individuals swallow without issues.

This product has way too many filler ingredients that are not healthy. It did not help me sleep any better. I tend to have trouble falling back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night. This product did not help with that.

Recently I have had trouble sleeping and because of that I have felt tired. I took as suggested and I slept well. I tired it for 2 days and did not feel as tired so I will continue to use but only when I need to.

I was really hopeful these would work for me, but they either did nothing at all or caused mild upset stomach. I see mixed reviews for this product. It seems there is either a production issue (some reviews say it seems like a placebo) or maybe it's simply that melatonin is hit or miss. based on each individual.

My husband started using the Members Mark brand of melatonin supplements because he was having a hard time falling asleep at night and staying asleep. He followed the suggestions of no electronics before bedtime but needed something to jumpstart his efforts. He found that these time-released nightly supplements were a good tool to help reset his sleep rhythm. In addition to the melatonin, these supplements also contain 10 mg of B6 which also helps to produce serotonin and melatonin meaning more of a peaceful night without waking up. After taking these, my husband feels much more rested when he gets up in the morning.

Would not work like the gummies did

It didn't work for me and gave me a terrible headache the next morning. I took one, so I can't return it. Very disappointed.

This pills seem to be more effective than the gummy form. No sure why that would be but the fact is they seem to help sleep.
