Wow! This is potent. I don't usually use Melatonin but I thought I would try this so that maybe I could stop dreaming all night long. I took 1 pill at 10:00PM and I slept as normal as I usually do but the next day I was a zombie. So I tried half a pill earlier like 5PM and it hit quickly but I still slept normal the rest of the night. So I tried 1/2 at 10:00PM and I did good, slept a lot better. So, it's really good, but you may need to try different times and different amounts to see what works best for you--definitely try on a weekend if you have a weekly job. But I will continue to take it, it's nice to sleep. See the pictures of the bottle that I have included, it tells you need to know information.

My husband started using the Members Mark brand of melatonin supplements because he was having a hard time falling asleep at night and staying asleep. He followed the suggestions of no electronics before bedtime but needed something to jumpstart his efforts. He found that these time-released nightly supplements were a good tool to help reset his sleep rhythm. In addition to the melatonin, these supplements also contain 10 mg of B6 which also helps to produce serotonin and melatonin meaning more of a peaceful night without waking up. After taking these, my husband feels much more rested when he gets up in the morning.

Makes sleepy time easier. Some nightsI need to take 2 if I had too many cups of coffee earlier in the day. I am to hyper to sleep. Most days one is enough. Helps me wake up feeling refreshed. I do not feel groggy atall.

Ive been taking this Melatonin every night before bedtime for 2 weeks now and seems to be really helping me get a better nights sleep. I really like that it has no artificial colors,sugar,gluten or lactose.

This dose is way too much! I felt hung over all the next day and slightly nauseated. I looked it up and there is no benefit to 10mg as opposed to 5 or 3. I will try to return and never take this much again.

So far so good! It helps me wind down and fall asleep more quickly than without taking it. My spouse has also had the same results. We will definitely continue using! Love the quality too, requires less trips for refills!

Recently I have had trouble sleeping and because of that I have felt tired. I took as suggested and I slept well. I tired it for 2 days and did not feel as tired so I will continue to use but only when I need to.
