Tried CBD and other expensive sleep aids, wish I would have found these before spending that money. I take one pill 30-45 min before I am going to bed and am out like a light for a good 6-8 hours! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I have used various melatonin products for years. Stress, no sleep ughh it’s tough. Being introduced to these is a God send. The time released feature makes for a longer hold and it works. So, I am able to get a solid 6 to 7 hours vs 4 from other products. I do not wake up groggy and life is great. I am thankful that I gave this product a chance

I purchased these because I have been having problems sleeping and I prefer natural products. I took one right before bedtime with a full glass of water. Unfortunately it didn’t help me sleep. Within an hour my skin was stinging and itching. I began coughing and choking, and had difficulty breathing. I took diphenhydramine to counteract the reaction and sat up until the symptoms subsided. I believe I may be allergic to Melatonin.

I have been taking melatonin off and on for years and members mark time release melatonin 10mg is the best I have found. It gives me a deep sleep and because it is time released it works all night. Take it just a few minutes before going to bed. If you take it too long before hitting the bed you might wake up on couch. If you have never taken melatonin before you might want to start on a night you don't work next day incase you are drowsy the next day. This really works

Took the one pill and I was out! Got up to use the bathroom and felt almost drunk! Went right back to sleep! I will say this there were no after effects the next morning either. Wasn’t groggy or anything. I would recommend for occasional sleepless nights.

After a traumatic year our sleep has been lacking. We had been considering melatonin for some time due to its calming effects but were hesitant to medicate. This product did not make us feel drowsy in the morning it just made sleeping easier. My husband uses the whole 10mg and I prefer to break it up to use only 5mg.

I have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I decided to try these time released Melatonin. The first night I fell sound asleep and stayed asleep all night. I woke up feeling so much better! These pills are very small and easy to swallow. I sometimes have a problem swallowing large pills so I was excited that they are small. I would definitely recommend these pills to anyone needing a good nights sleep!!!
