This is a great supplement! This helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. The pill is a great size, not too big. The. Title has 300 pills in it so if taken daily this bottle would last almost a year. Would definitely buy again!

Tried CBD and other expensive sleep aids, wish I would have found these before spending that money. I take one pill 30-45 min before I am going to bed and am out like a light for a good 6-8 hours! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I have used various melatonin products for years. Stress, no sleep ughh it’s tough. Being introduced to these is a God send. The time released feature makes for a longer hold and it works. So, I am able to get a solid 6 to 7 hours vs 4 from other products. I do not wake up groggy and life is great. I am thankful that I gave this product a chance

Used the Member's Mark Timed Release Melatonin several times and the results were positive. Having intermittent sleeping problems, I used the product for several nights consecutively and found that I slept better and felt more refreshed the following day. I will continue to use this product as needed. Rating is based on short time of use.

I have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I decided to try these time released Melatonin. The first night I fell sound asleep and stayed asleep all night. I woke up feeling so much better! These pills are very small and easy to swallow. I sometimes have a problem swallowing large pills so I was excited that they are small. I would definitely recommend these pills to anyone needing a good nights sleep!!!

I have been taking melatonin off and on for years and members mark time release melatonin 10mg is the best I have found. It gives me a deep sleep and because it is time released it works all night. Take it just a few minutes before going to bed. If you take it too long before hitting the bed you might wake up on couch. If you have never taken melatonin before you might want to start on a night you don't work next day incase you are drowsy the next day. This really works

I’m a new user of Melatonin. These are probably too strong for me. I’ve used this twice and had the same experience both times after laying awake for more than an hour, I took one tablet. I fell asleep within 10 to 15 minutes and woke up at my regular time. However I stayed rather groggy and sleepy for 18 hours after taking the tablet. Next time I’ll try a lower dose and avoid the time-release.

After a traumatic year our sleep has been lacking. We had been considering melatonin for some time due to its calming effects but were hesitant to medicate. This product did not make us feel drowsy in the morning it just made sleeping easier. My husband uses the whole 10mg and I prefer to break it up to use only 5mg.
