I think after taking two one a night for two nights, the first was awesome I rested all night with no disturbances. The next night however was not so good. So I am laying off the Melatonin and get into my normal sleep with out anything.

This product has proved to be totally ineffective. I have used it for 10 days and havenot experienced improved sleep; in fact, my sleeps is worse than before I tried the product. I have now discarded this product.

These work great! My husband took Ambien for years now he takes this and still sleeps the same as being on the prescription. Without all of the side affects!

I only received Member's Mark Timed Release Melatonin a week ago, but it seems to relax me and allow me to fall asleep quickly. I sleep most of the night and wake refreshed in the morning. Since it is 10mg < I only nee to ake one pill just before be. It is defintely worth a try if you have trouble sleepig.

You gotta sleep, but I never do. The only thing that has helped me over time is Melatonin. But not all. I’ve tried a lot of them, but not all of them worked and not all of them worked well. These do. I think maybe these work so well because they are time release. I’m not sure, but with these I can get up to do what’s required and go back to sleep. Then when i do wake up, im not so fuzzy headed. Try them!

I received this product as part of the Sams Club Members Mark customer review process. I have been taking this product for several weeks now and can say that I am sleeping well. I like the fact that it is a timed release product and works over a number of nighttime hours. The pill itself is small and easy to swallow

I have taken Melatonin before. I can't tell that it is helping at this time. I just received it a few days ago. I will continue to take it and report back once I have taken it for awhile. Again I just received it like 4 days ago. Really haven't had time for it to kick in just yet.

I bought this due to the value. 250 pills for $10. I usually used the gummies. So I tried and they didn't seem to work for me. One night I took 2 still took a while before I slept had to work the next day so only maybe 2-3 hours. Was groggy all day. I decided to return and not continue to to keep taking. Felt like they were doing more harm than good. Went back to gummies. Guess they weren't for me.

I don't use these pills every night, but they work great when I feel I really have to get a good nights sleep, or I realize before going to bed that I may need a little extra help. I like the fact that they are timed released so they help through the night. I don't usually have trouble falling asleep, it is the 2:00 am wide awake routine that I am trying to avoid!

I've been taking many Sam's Club supplements for several years now but recently I felt like I needed something to help to sleep better. I just started taking this melatonin a month ago and I noticed very quickly that I was sleeping better through the night. I sleep better now and I wake up ready to start my day. It's a great value and very affordable.
