No difference/ineffective, for me. Have used melatonin before, this one didn't make me tired, period. 5mg in another form/brand had worked before. Glad this was cheap, going to get tossed, tried for month.

I was skeptical when I first tried this time released melatonin. I had tried melatonin from the drug store but it did not really do anything for me. This makes you sleepy and you just want to close yours eyes and once you do you are asleep. It takes between 20-30 minutes to work after you take it. I have gotten and average of at least 7 hours of sleep every night but it doesn't put you in such a dead sleep that I do not hear when my husband or grandson call me during the night for something and I can get up and not be drowsy immediately. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants or needs a good nights sleep.

I don't use these pills every night, but they work great when I feel I really have to get a good nights sleep, or I realize before going to bed that I may need a little extra help. I like the fact that they are timed released so they help through the night. I don't usually have trouble falling asleep, it is the 2:00 am wide awake routine that I am trying to avoid!

I have been taking Source Natural sublingual melatonin for years. They have increased the price so trying Members Mark melatonin was a good choice. Time release helps you stay asleep. With sublingual I would wake up in early morning hours and not go back to sleep. I have always been satisfied with Members Mark quality and price. Pills are easy to swallow.

This is the first time I've used Melatonin. I was happily surprised that I did not feel groggy the following morning. The first time I took the sleep aid about 30 minutes prior to going to bed and since I have been taking it about 45 minutes before bedtime, that little extra time seems to have done the trick for me.

I only received Member's Mark Timed Release Melatonin a week ago, but it seems to relax me and allow me to fall asleep quickly. I sleep most of the night and wake refreshed in the morning. Since it is 10mg < I only nee to ake one pill just before be. It is defintely worth a try if you have trouble sleepig.

It is difficult to review something time released like a supplement. You don't notice an immediate difference in how you feel, especially if you have already been taking the same kind of supplement. I seem to sleep better, as one would normally expect from melatonin, so they must be doing the trick, but since there is no appreciable difference, it's tough to cheerlead for this particular product.

Love this melatonin! It really helps me fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. I like that it is time released. I don’t have strange dreams when using this product either like I do with other brands. No side effects that I notice. Good value as well. Win, win!

Great alternative to name brand - very similar product with comparable results, highly recommend as alternative to more expensive brands. Product works well when extra help is needed staying asleep. Overall melatonin isn't always completely effective for me but this brand worked as well as regular brand for me.
