Love this melatonin! It really helps me fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. I like that it is time released. I don’t have strange dreams when using this product either like I do with other brands. No side effects that I notice. Good value as well. Win, win!

I have taken Melatonin before. I can't tell that it is helping at this time. I just received it a few days ago. I will continue to take it and report back once I have taken it for awhile. Again I just received it like 4 days ago. Really haven't had time for it to kick in just yet.

I almost give up on melatonin until I tried this! Melatonin use to just work for about 3 hours for and then I’ll be wide awake. I’m glad I tried this one. I take it about 30 minutes before I go to bed and it will keep me sleep all night. I cut the pill quarter and it’s just fine for me.

I’ve been taking melatonin for almost 20 years and when I started using this I thought I was going through insomnia or some crazy anxieties. After a week of barely sleeping and ready to go to the doctors I thought it’s new melatonin let me try my normal brand. First night, out 10 hours I was soooo tired! So no this is not 10mg of melatonin. It doesn’t work at all and if you do take melatonin from a deficiency it will not work it’s probably a placebo.

Hasn't been working for me. I took it anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before bedtime for the last week or so, and 1) I did not quickly fall asleep any of those nights, 2) I woke up each night without being able to fall back to sleep for 2-4 hours and 3) though I was finally able to go back to sleep, eventually, when I had to get up for work in the morning, I did not feel well-rested. At all.

A day after I started taking this I developed severe diarrhea. Unfortunately for me it to took me a long time to determine that this melatonin was the cause. I feel like I wasted a month of my life. I have to give my daughter a big thank you as she told me to check the ingredients and when did I discovered it contain Magnesium Stearate which apparently can cause diarrhea. My problem when away the day after I stopped taking it.
