Sleep deprived ! After taking this I wake up after 2 hours. Fail

This works so much better than a Benadryl formulation. Get to sleep faster, sleep longer. This is the medicine found in NyQuil

It didn't really do much for me, I still have trouble sleeping and getting to sleep is a real hassle.

No better, no worse than other melatonin. Helps my husband, who is a chronic pain patient, sleep without extra controlled substances

I take this two hours before bedtime. Then I feel drowsy and ready to sleep at the right time. I always wake up at least once in the night, but I believe the extended release formula helps me return to sleep faster.
