It didn't work for me and gave me a terrible headache the next morning. I took one, so I can't return it. Very disappointed.

It didn't really do much for me, I still have trouble sleeping and getting to sleep is a real hassle.

Stick with Natrol. This brand here does not help you fall asleep quickly. It took a few hours, and I woke up very drowsy the next day.

I take this two hours before bedtime. Then I feel drowsy and ready to sleep at the right time. I always wake up at least once in the night, but I believe the extended release formula helps me return to sleep faster.

I love Sam's products..99% of the time...when I go below 5 stars it's always cause I have tried a food product that is just not to my liking...not because the product is in any way inferior.

i rest much better since taking this product. I usually wake up several times a night and feel tired in the morning. After taking this melatonin product i get a much better night's rest. Now i wake up refreshed in the morning.

Not effective. The first night I took one an hour before bedtime no problem. The second night same scenario, I didn't settle down until the early morning. I usually in bed by 8:00 pm because I usually am up by 5:00 am.
