Took regular Melatonin for a few years but this time release is a better option. Now I sleep all night without waking up. I would recommend this to anyone that has sleep problems. I was skeptical at first but it works.

This stuff works great. Take it and your asleep within 30 minutes. And you don't wake up feeling draggy and doped up like sometimes happens with diphenhydramine. Its a big bottle so you don't have to worry about running out.

I've been taking 2-5mgs of melatonin most evenings for the last 10 years. I fall asleep faster taking 5mgs of cvs brand. I didn't realize these were time release tablets until I got home and used them. I would recommend taking it before getting ready for bed.
