Been using for years to help a medically fragile individual go to sleep at night. We can not let our supply run low if we plan to sleep. We dissolve them and push through her Gtube every night. Great product and no clogging. Very effective.

Not effective. The first night I took one an hour before bedtime no problem. The second night same scenario, I didn't settle down until the early morning. I usually in bed by 8:00 pm because I usually am up by 5:00 am.

i rest much better since taking this product. I usually wake up several times a night and feel tired in the morning. After taking this melatonin product i get a much better night's rest. Now i wake up refreshed in the morning.

Wow this is the first melatonin that has worked for me! I have tried so many sleep aid products with no positive results, I slept so well from the 1st night I tried these. These will definitely replace all my sleep aid products.

I really like the time released formula! I fell asleep and slept soundly throughout the night. I woke up a time or two during the night but promptly fell back asleep! I didn't have a morning hangover feeling but woke up alert and refreshed.

I take this two hours before bedtime. Then I feel drowsy and ready to sleep at the right time. I always wake up at least once in the night, but I believe the extended release formula helps me return to sleep faster.

I am not sure if they are actually time release. I had the Nature Made brand which were time release and those would work well. Since switching to these because they are cheaper I find myself not actually sleeping the whole way through the night.

The pills were very easy to swallow. The melatonin works great. My husband slept through the night. Said it was very restful sleep. Will be switching to this from our current melatonin. Highly recommend for others to try.
