I don’t have insomnia, but lately I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night. With Member’s Mark 10mg I fell asleep quickly. But woke up feeling extremely tired. My shoulders and neck were sore and I had a headache all day. Did some research and the dosage is more than 3X what it should be.

Melatonin is so important to our body. This product is helpful for rest and circadian rhythm of cells. I ask if the buyer could carry melatonin fast dissolve with NO B6 in the ingredients. Vitamin B6 toxicity is real. I would buy lots of product if it was just the melatonin fast dissolve. Thank you!

Good product. I took it for a year and decided maybe I don't need it and quit. Recently, I went back to it daily as a Sunday radio advertisement gave many reasons elderly seniors need to take Melatonin. Sam's has the best price for the quantity. BTW, I only wake up once during the night rather than more "Since without Melatonin.

I found that member's Mark is the only Melatonin that works for me. I do wish they came in dissolving tablets like my strawberry ones but my kids are allergic to strawberries so I wish there was a unflavored or even different flavored. The 1st ones I tried was 5mg and works great for me but my kids can't take them

This product is a life changer for this tired over worked mom of two children that struggles with falling asleep. It’s super cheap but does not work. I take 120 mg of this every night and still can’t sleep. I won’t buy this again and I don’t recommend it.

Time released? I don’t get rested. I feel asleep the entire day. The gummies are way better. I’m not buying this ever again
