I take one pill at 8 pm and at 10 pm I’m still wide awake. Then I take another two pills. By midnight I’m still wide awake. Then I take another two pills at midnight, now it’s 2 am I’m still wide awake. I need to get up to go to work at 5 am. I don’t know if I should take another pill or two. All I want is some rest. Why it’s so difficult?

Time released? I don’t get rested. I feel asleep the entire day. The gummies are way better. I’m not buying this ever again

This works in getting me to sleep, but you wake up after about 4 hours. Not only that, but the next day I have a headache the whole day.

The price was awesome, especially for the quantity! My daughter is stocked up to take to college with her.

It’s super cheap but does not work. I take 120 mg of this every night and still can’t sleep. I won’t buy this again and I don’t recommend it.

Glad to see these back in stock at my local store. The extended release works best for my husband and I. Bonus that as a MM procuct they are reasonably priced.

The price was great! I was unable to find these Time Release tablets in other stores. Very grateful to have come upon them in Sam's! I get many of my other supplements there already.
