The natrol melatonin 5mg tablets worked great. Tried this and doesn't work at all.

I took one and literally slept all night and half the next day. Felt groggy in the afternoon when I awoke. I must just be sensitive but they do work!

Melatonin is so important to our body. This product is helpful for rest and circadian rhythm of cells. I ask if the buyer could carry melatonin fast dissolve with NO B6 in the ingredients. Vitamin B6 toxicity is real. I would buy lots of product if it was just the melatonin fast dissolve. Thank you!

I take one pill at 8 pm and at 10 pm I’m still wide awake. Then I take another two pills. By midnight I’m still wide awake. Then I take another two pills at midnight, now it’s 2 am I’m still wide awake. I need to get up to go to work at 5 am. I don’t know if I should take another pill or two. All I want is some rest. Why it’s so difficult?

Good product. I took it for a year and decided maybe I don't need it and quit. Recently, I went back to it daily as a Sunday radio advertisement gave many reasons elderly seniors need to take Melatonin. Sam's has the best price for the quantity. BTW, I only wake up once during the night rather than more "Since without Melatonin.

I used to use Schiff melatonin and I'd wake up exactly after 6 hours. I've also tried another brand which I forgot the name and while that one was more powerful, it was not cost effective. This one by Member's Mark has easily replaced the Schiff melatonin that I once used. It lasts longer since it's slow releasing and the price is amazing compared to Schiff. I use it regularly when I can't sleep or need to make sure I sleep well and especially for overseas travel when I need to correct jetlag.

This product is a life changer for this tired over worked mom of two children that struggles with falling asleep.
