This works in getting me to sleep, but you wake up after about 4 hours. Not only that, but the next day I have a headache the whole day.

We have tried many different melatonins that failed to keep our teen sleeping. This helps him get to sleep and keeps him sleeping through the night like none of the other 5 we have tried.

I bought this Melatonin hoping to get some "natural" help in sleeping. However, after I took them home I read the ingredients. Multiple chemicals that are on my allergic list! I guess I expected the pills to be a natural aid. My bad.

I found this to be equivalent to the brand name time release 10 mg melatonin. Great savings for a product that I need daily to stay asleep for at least 6 hours each night.

I think it is really helping me sleep. Since I began taking it a few days ago, I have not got out of bed at 2:00 am or 3:00 am and stayed up because I wake up and can’t get back to sleep.

Tried it four times each time it had the opposite effect. I would take it every night by 9:30 so that it would work by 10:30, couldn't sleep and tossed and turned all night until nearly 4 am. Waste of money.

Great price and great product!!! Members Mark melatonin works fast and works all night. I stopped taking diphenhydramine due to Alzheimer’s risk and this product gets me the same results. Definitely worth purchasing!
