I inherited this refrigerator when I bought this house. The previous owners did not leave an owners operating manual. It's ok. It cools an freezes properly. I like the dispenser in the door; however it has a bad design flaw. The place where you put a cup/glass to get water is convex; therefore the cup/glass only kinda balances on the curve. It should have been a concave curve to accomodate the cup/glass.

Horrible

We have not been issued our refund for this fridge and it has been over two weeks. It is absolutely ridiculous and should not take this long. We reached out last week and they said it should have come through already. It didn't, we called back today and they said that it would be another 7-10 business days before it would come through!! That's terrible, especially with such an expensive item to not have the refund for this long is horrible. Extremely frustrated.

overall good

happy with the fridge other than 2 features missing from my previous lg fridge. Wish it had the flip out door rack in the freezer and there needs to be a better system or tray to catch ice and water from the door dispenser...crushed ice and any overflow have nowhere to be held and just run down the door and onto the floor. My old fridge had a tray that slid in and out. The freezer rack was exceptionally handy for ice packs and it looks to be built to be able to accommodate this rack...even tried to see if my old rack would fit but no luck.

Difficult water filter replacement

Water filter was difficult to change out. Eventually broke stem and therefore no filtered water until tech came out and changed out entire filter system!!!
