Love this grill! The box was packaged very securely with very little unused space. The directions were very thorough and even linked to online tutorials. Be sure to NOT discard any packing materials until assembly is complete! There are a couple of small parts very well hidden in the packing (card board). Remembering this is a $400 grill, its materials are high quality for this tier of gas grill. Assembly was easy and straightforward. It includes extras like tool hangers and condiment storage that other grills at this price point do not. I enjoy this grill and look forward to many years of use. Just like a great many of things, the better you take care of it, the longer it will last!

Assembly took roughly 1hr 45 min solo. The overall assembly isn’t bad, but some holes weren’t punched and threaded properly. That added 15mins and luckily I had the tools for it. The grill so far seems really good for the price. The included cover is garbage. Just putting it on for the first time and there’s 5 holes were sunlight comes through at the seams. These aren’t the “vent” holes, it’s just bad. Anytime I go to upload a photo, the Sams app throws errors.

I got this grill for a good price. The quality is top notch. the assembly instruction manual is well written with good accurate illustrations. the manual has a breakdown of all the necessary parts. I downloaded the BILT app to assist in assembling the grill and the app was very useful and interactive. I used the grill twice so far and I've been satisfied with it

We have purchased this grill twice. Both lasted about two years. At first it cooks great although it does tend to be hotter in the back. After two years we started having flares, rusting and the paint started to peel off the inside of the lid and around the sides of the cooking area. The entire grill warped from all the heat flares. While the price is great I cannot recommend buying this grill because it does not hold up or last. It took about a half day for my husband to assemble. Do yourself a favor and find a better grill that comes delivered to your home assembled. We spoke to Sam’s Club customer service regarding the problems with this grill and they wanted us to bring it back to the club. It weighs over 100 pounds, there is no way we can fit it in a car or even a van assembled. It’s a very large grill.

Seems like it works fine, but assembly was more trouble than it should have been. Multiple bolts and fittings were machined poorly, having burs that stopped them fitting together and in some cases casing other pieces to break off due to poor fitting. Some fittings were also painted over making this problem worse. In another instance the pieces meant to support the gas hose, specifically those leading to the side burner were bent on arrival so badly that they wouldn't fit into place without severe bending or breaking. In total this is a alright grill that can be put together in and hour or two, but with complications like this turn it into more of a 4 hour project that may require you to replace parts yourself.

Purchased the grill and started to assemble it to find there are some missed parts. Contacted customer service as instructed in the manual. Tried for a few days to reach customer service with no response. Cannot finish assembly because this is a major part. I will return it to the store. The part that’s missing is the cart front brace.

For the price, it's a great product. During assembly, an arm used to position the side burner fell off. It didn't prevent final assembly and doesn't interfere with the burner's operation. The included cover is pretty cheap and has a tear on one of the seams. For cooking, the grill seems to run hot. However, I'm used to a CharBroil 'infrared' style with diffuser plates under the grill plates. My issue with this grill is how it handles rain with the lid closed. Without a cover, water pools in the grease catcher from the large plate under the burners. No significant water should be able to drip into the interior like it does. Once this grill is broken in, that water would be nasty.

Grill is already rusting out despite putting on a cover. I would t recommend buying it.

Disappointed. The grill itself works fine. Lid rusted out within a month of having it, even being covered and stored in a garage area. Will be returning.
